Veggie Wrap

This is a perfect springtime wrap. It’s light, healthy and delicious. Great for when the weather starts to warm up outside. I was inspired to make this from my trip to Lebanon many years ago. It’s got a little Lebanese style mixed with some Californication!


  • 2 whole grain tortilla

    Veggie Wrap
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 hard boiled egg
  • 6 kalamata olives
  • 6 sliced cucumbers
  • lettuce mix
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt & pepper
  1. lay tortilla out on a plate or cutting board. tear a handful of lettuce and lay on tortilla.
  2. slice avocado, egg cucumbers and kalamata olives.
  3. lay everything on top of lettuce. squeeze lemon over the top.
  4. drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Roll tortilla up and EAT
