I’m taking it back to my roots today. No recipes though, these are family secrets passed down for generations. A Lebanese Mezze is a popular request from clients and of course my daughter! Making these tasty tapas is no easy task, especially doing it on my own. Growing up there was always plenty of hands to help out. We had our own assembly line going with plenty of sous chefs doing the tedious work, like clipping stems off the grape leaves! I find myself missing my Aunts and cousins when preparing this on my own.
