JJ’s Top Shelf Mexican Martini!

Being from Austin, I’ve had my fair share of Mexican Martini’s. They are Very popular in ATX. But,  living in L.A. I find it hard to order one. Most places have never heard of this tasty little drink. If you look up a recipe for a Mexican Martini you’ll find a lot with sprite in them. That’s not how I remember them being made.   • Milagro Tequila (silver)
  • Grand Marnier
  • lime juice simple syrup (or simply limeade)
  • jar of jalapeno stuffed olives (or garlic stuffed)

In a shaker filled with ice pour in:

  • 4 oz of tequila
  • 2 oz grand marnier
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 2 splashes of olive juice (for extra dirty add more)

Shake rigorously and pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with jalapeno stuffed olives. Makes 2 martinis.
