I absolutely LOVE my NutriBullet. I make all kinds of smoothies and drinks with it. Not to mention I grind all my spices and dried herbs from the garden!
This is my latest creation and definitely a regular weekly smoothie to keep my abdomen and and tracts and such happy and healthy!
Into the Bullet goes:
- swiss chard
- apples i’ve soaked in apple cider vinegar
- plain yogurt
- pure cranberry juice (no additives very tart)
- frozen blueberries
